Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

appointment is reserved specifically for your home, we kindly ask that you provide as much
notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling.

Cancellation Fees
● More than 48 hours' notice: No fee
● 24–48 hours' notice: 25% of the scheduled cleaning price
● Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled cleaning price
● Same-day cancellation or no access to the home: 100% of the scheduled cleaning
price

These fees help compensate our cleaning team for the time reserved for your appointment and
allow us to maintain a reliable schedule for our clients and employees.

No Access or Lockout
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot enter the home because of a locked door,
incorrect access information, or another access issue, the appointment will be treated as a
same-day cancellation, and the full cleaning price may be charged.

Rescheduling
We are happy to help you reschedule your cleaning. Please contact us as soon as possible so
we can find another available appointment.
Rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice will not result in a fee. Rescheduling requests
made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to the cancellation fees listed above.

Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an
unexpected situation arises. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Fabiola's House
Cleaning, depending on the circumstances.
